What is a Privacy Policy?
A Privacy Policy is a notice that explains a company's policies and processes for collecting, and managing your Personal Information, to inform how you can review and change that Personal Information, and provide you with a way to opt-out of certain marketing activities.

What types of Personal Information does the TI Privacy Policy address?
MTI's Privacy Policy addresses Personal Information that you provide to TI when you visit our properties and websites. All of the Personal Information TI collects and manages is information that you voluntarily provide. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

Business address
E-mail address
Telephone number

How does TI collect my Personal Information?
TI collects your Personal Information when we process transactions for you. Examples of these transactions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Making a reservation
Signing an online guestbook
Joining the Casino/Players Club
Purchasing show tickets or merchandise
Registering online to receive promotional information
Completing a marker authorization (credit) application

How is my Personal Information used?
TI uses Personal Information to send you promotions, offers and invitations; to confirm your identity when you confirm reservations or have questions about your Casino/Players Club account; and to offer you additional products and services.

Some promotions and offers will be delivered through our Partners, which are marketing relationships that allow us to offer additional products and services you may find valuable.

How do I confirm the accuracy of my Personal Information?
You may create a Preference Account, which allows you to view and update your Personal Information and chose your communication preferences. You may log into your Preference Account by visiting the TI Web Site and select “Email Promotions” or “MyTI signup.” Casino/Players Club members may view their Personal Information by logging into their online account, by visiting any Casino/Players Club Desk located at TI, or by calling (702) 894-7111.

What is a Preference Account?
A Preference Account gives you the ability to choose what information you would like to receive from TI or its Partners. You are also able to view and update your Personal Information.

How will Partners contact me?
Our Partners may communicate with you via email, direct mail, or telephone.

Can I choose not to share my Personal Information with Partners?
Yes. If you choose to opt-out from receiving offers from Partners, your Personal Information will not be shared for marketing purposes but you will continue to receive communications from TI. However, your Personal Information may be shared with Partners and other 3rd Parties for non-marketing purposes such as processing a reservation or purchase.

How do I opt-out from receiving offers from TI and Partners?
If you do not wish to receive offers from TI and/or Partners, please choose one of the following options:

(2) If you are a Casino/Players Club member, log into your account and select "Update" on your Member Home Page.

(3) Call 800.944.7444 toll-free.

How does TI ensure that my Personal Information is secure?
The security of your information is extremely important to us. Administrative and technical security measures are in place to protect your information from inappropriate use.

How does TI use cookies?
TI Web Sites use cookie technology to associate a unique identifier to your computer so we may generate statistics regarding your usage of our sites. For example, we store your preferences for viewing TI Web Sites so that you will not have to reset your preferences on future visits.

What about links on TI Web Sites?
TI Web Sites often have links to other sites that you may find interesting. It is important that you view the privacy policies on these sites before you provide any information to them.

Do I have to be a certain age to visit the TI Hotel and Casino and Web Sites?
Certain areas and activates are intended for people 21 years of age or older. If you are under age 18 we ask that you do not provide information to us, nor will we knowingly collect information from people under the age of 18.
